Support channels and response times

Direct lines for technical issues, account help, and implementation guidance. Our team monitors every channel during business hours.

Support is available Monday to Friday, 8:00–18:00 AEST. For critical incidents affecting meeting availability, our target response time is under 30 minutes. Standard tickets receive a first reply within 4 business hours.

Call the priority line at (07) 0187 6102 and select option 2. This routes directly to the on-call engineer. Keep your organization ID ready to speed up verification.

Yes. During implementation, each customer gets a named solutions engineer. You can reach them via email at info@freecamster.com with the subject line "Onboarding: [your company name]".

Include the meeting ID or room URL, the affected time range, device type and OS, and any error codes shown. Screenshots of the diagnostic panel help us isolate the issue faster.

For self-hosted instances, we provide documentation and a separate ticketing queue. Response times depend on your support tier. Contact us to confirm the SLA for your deployment type.

Browse the FAQ section on the main site or visit the help center from your dashboard. For quick fixes, check the articles on camera permissions, bandwidth settings, and meeting room configuration.
