1. Service Description
CamSync provides cloud-based video collaboration tools, including secure webcam feeds, virtual meeting rooms, and multimedia communication features for businesses and educational organizations. The platform is designed for professional and academic use only. You may not use the service for any unlawful or prohibited activity, including unauthorized recording, surveillance, or distribution of content that violates applicable laws.
2. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify support immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach. Administrators must ensure that participants in their organization understand and follow these terms, especially regarding data protection and meeting access controls.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to misuse the platform, including attempts to disrupt servers, bypass security features, or access data you are not authorized to view. The service is intended for legitimate collaboration, remote work, and virtual education. Any use involving harmful, deceptive, or illegal content is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy.
4. Intellectual Property
All software, documentation, and interface elements provided by CamSync remain our property or that of our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use the platform for your internal operations. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the service without prior written consent.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CamSync is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of data, business interruption, or missed meetings. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription during the three months preceding the claim. This section does not limit liability for gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
6. Termination and Changes
You may stop using the service at any time by closing your account. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, and we will provide reasonable notice where possible. We may update these terms periodically to reflect new features or legal requirements. The latest version will always be available on this page, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
